Daily Dog Walks
Our professional walkers make sure your furry friends get the exercise they need even when you’re busy living adult life. Regular walks keep your dog happy, healthy, and well-behaved.
Vacation Visits
Pets love a familiar environment. This is a service tailored to making sure pets are comfortable at home, even when you’re not home. We pop in for a visit and care for your pet three or more times a day between the hours of 7am and 10pm. The length of the visits can vary at different times of the day.
Cat Visits
Cats may not need walking but they too need their fair share of love and attention! During our visits we will play and cuddle with your cat to keep them healthy and happy. We can also clean the litter box, feed them and give them their regular medicine(s) if needed.

Vacations, work trips, days out, events, etc. All these things need you to be somewhere other than at home. That’s where we pop in (literally).

Retrieving mail and deliveries

Meet & Greet – Let’s Get to Know Each Other!
We love meeting new furry friends (and their humans too)! Our Meet & Greet is a chance to introduce ourselves, go over your pet’s routine, and ensure we provide the best care—just like you would.
This in-person visit is free for recurring clients, with a one-time $20 onboarding fee for occasional services. We can’t wait to welcome you and your pup into our Wag 4 Tails family!
Payments, Access and Bookings
Payment is due on completion of visits or at the end of the month and is charged to your Credit Card.
We will need a safe hiding spot, lock box or a garage/door code to enter your home.
We don’t take keys.
Please note that we follow “State of Emergency” as a guideline when deciding to cancel the services due to weather conditions.
Cancellations
Our sitters have personal, work schedules and a busy life. We respect their time and they get paid when the service within 24 hours is cancelled.
Weekend and Holiday cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a full fee.
Vacation visits – If service is canceled within four days of the first visit a cancellation fee equal to one full day of service will be charged.
Weekends and Holidays
Weekends: $6 will be added to each visit
Holidays: $15 per visit will be added on all major holidays
Major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day

Absolutely! We carry a comprehensive liability insurance policy, a crime bond, and workers’ compensation insurance. Our insurance policies are held with Business Insurance of the Carolinas and Next workers’ compensation insurance.
We’re proud to say that our pet care professionals are all employees of our company! We never hire independent contractors, which leads to low turnover and a stable team of experienced and trustworthy professionals to provide our services.
We will need a secure hiding spot, a lockbox, keypad access, or a garage/door code to enter your home, as we don’t accept physical keys.
One of our pack leaders will reach out to you as soon as possible to arrange a meet-and-greet with the nearest available sitter. We’re happy to answer any questions and share our policies at that time!
We understand that our sitters have busy lives too! If a service is canceled within 24 hours, we charge the full fee and the sitter gets paid. Cancellations on weekends and holidays within 48 hours will incur a full fee. For vacation visits, a cancellation within four days of the first visit will result in a fee equal to one full day of service. We do not offer any refunds for services canceled within 10 days of a holiday.
We recommend scheduling dog walks at least a month in advance for holidays. For walks outside the holiday season, a week’s notice is usually sufficient. We always encourage planning as early as possible since our schedules tend to fill up quickly!
You can easily request services through our Pet Sitter Plus scheduling platform. We aim to get back to you with a confirmation within a few hours. We can only confirm services when your payment method is added to your portal. We’ll invoice you at the end of each month, and your payment method will be charged for the amount due. You can log into your portal anytime to view your statement!
If you are a recurring client, with the same days and times that repeat monthly, you will have a primary sitter assigned. When the primary sitter is off a secondary sitter will cover. If you are an occasional client we will do our best to schedule a sitter that knows your pet, if they are not available, any sitter should be able to visit and take care of your pet. We work as a team!
We operate on a two-hour window to accommodate things like busy schedules, traffic, weather, and last-minute requests. You can choose your two hour timeframe at the time of booking. If you wish that we come closer to a specific time you can put that in the visit note at the time you are requesting service. We are able to provide a more precise arrival time for pets with medical needs or for puppies still in training.
